Terms of Use (EULA)

Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Get Back to This ("Back to This") iOS application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is entered into between you and the App's developer. This agreement is in addition to, and does not replace, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Licensed Application End User License Agreement), which also applies to your use of the App.

License

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or lease any part of the App.

Subscriptions

The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Back to This Pro, which unlocks the ability to save new links. Existing links remain viewable and openable without a subscription.

• Free trial: New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Billing: After the free trial (if offered), the subscription automatically renews at the price and billing period shown in the App and on the App Store, unless cancelled.
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing your subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) after purchase.
• Free trial forfeiture: Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are managed by Apple, and all payments are processed by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.

Privacy

The App collects no personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how the App handles (and does not handle) your information.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the links and content you save within the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
